 :  F.I.E.R.C.E was organized to bring together a group of Fun, Intelligent, Encouraging, Respectful, Confident and Educated women. FIERCE Females of the Triangle is the “let your hair down and chill-out group” that offers Social, Personal Development, Community Involvement, Travel and other areas necessary to live a well-rounded life. Our sister group FIERCE Professionals is the “put your hair up get your work-on group”, that focuses on professional development, career and entrepreneurship. Decide which group or if both groups are best for you.

We are a multifaceted group of professionals, students, singles, married and busy moms of diverse ethnic backgrounds.  While dinner gatherings, shopping, game night and movie outings can be fun, F.I.E.R.C.E wants to offer MORE than just a social group. The group is structured to make a difference and help you to building new associations and friendships.

STANDARDS: FIERCE is striving for quality vs quantity. A low membership number with active participation  is better than a large membership number with low or no participation. Therefore, we have established participation standards:

1-Members will be removed from the group after excessive months of non-particiapation (left to the descretion of organizer(s).

2-Planning and reservations are required for scheduling meetups, the Three Strike No Show Rule will be implemented. Members will be removed from the group after 3 NO-SHOWS. Changing a RSVP to "NO" less than 24hours or before an event or simply not showing up are considered "No Show".
