Parkour workshop!

Our parkour-specific workshop. We'll be focusing on overcoming obstacles with grace and power as well as agility and coordination training. All levels are welcome - come check it out!

We'll be moving around to hit a couple different spots during the meetup, though we always start at the Forest Theater. If you need a place to stash stuff some people (including myself) will definitely have cars there to store things in temporarily if needed.
