This group is an opportunity for anxiety/panic sufferers to meet up and share their experiences, knowledge and to support others who may be going through the same thing and would benefit from knowing that they are not alone with this dreadful black cloud over their lives.
I myself am a panic attack sufferer and as a result have read several books and vast materials online, practised therapies and techniques such as ‘belly breathing’ to help me along my journey of overcoming some of my ‘everyday’ fears. I would love to share these with members as well as learn from others. Members can share their struggles and accomplishments (no matter how big or small) and be there for others who want to get over their fears one step at a time.
