Welcome Tanya! We wanted to personally welcome you! Typically, we have a meditation session and then a segment focused on reading and studying the Suttas (Buddha’s instructions). Our teacher bases the class on the Buddha’s original teachings, rather than others’ commentaries on the teachings.
