Introduction

I'm in for new motivation for THE springtime goal. With my new workout team, Sara, Brigitt, Nicole, J-man, all there to help support the new EVERYTHING!

What would BEST motivate you to exercise more?

Continuing to see improvements little bit, by little bit is very encouraging. I am no longer limited in my head or by anything. I see what can be in my mind's eye, and it is exiliarating!

What are your FAVORITE forms of exercise?

Dance- All forms! I love my bike, a gift, made all the difference in my riding performance. So nice of many to offer to go! Weight training was always in my mental background, now in foreground making a comeback! Love Yoga, and Martial Arts.

What are your LONG TERM fitness goals?

Heels on stage/ title/Sword/Belly Chain/ Biells point without stopping.

What are your current fitness goals?

To put up a current picture of myself that didnt involve airbrushing my backside! Caps on my shoulders. I've never had shoulders before. Sara is showing me some awesome stuff! (secret!) Just getting my 90's skull shorts and me, in the gym! MORE!

What brings you to this Fired Up FITNESS group?

I met Sara Hueston and harbored love of Body Building for 29 years. Now intention has come to life. I've befriended someone awesome in the sport! My love for someone started the Hammerin' Wheels - Now, love for self, is moving mountains!

I know I missed out! My flight back ended up being delayed by 2 hours, so I landed around 10:30pm. And after sitting through a meeting half the day and the airport the other half, all I had enough energy to do was drive home and get to bed! I'm sure we'll find an excuse to do it again! :-)

Great to hear from you! Thanks for the quick reply. What should I expect from the group, since you have no formal meetings? How do you get together? I am ready for a change, but I have a lot of things that need fixing, if your program requires anything physically strenuous! But I'm ready to get started...
