just saw your comments about the lights, while i dont own a light because im so broke, it is so worth it to have a light!! its not scary to ride at night but it is more challenging and requires more focus and precision in some cases.... lights are a great investment! geomangear.com sells magic shine lights for 89 dollars. the majority of riders in the group use those lights...currently i borrow lights whenever i can on the night rides :) trust me they are fun and you wont regret it......

My opinion....invest in lights Vida. It's cool to ride the same trails you know so well in the daylight turn into trails that are practically brand new because of darkness. If you want to borrow a light to see if it's for you drop me a note.

I think we will be diving the Feather River again on Saturday the 21st. At the end of Oct. Andrew will be taking AOW class in Monterey; so, the river will be about all I'll be able to afford to dive. Don't mind that; 'cause, it's pretty good diving there.
