Adults. Registration required. Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) is a facility that treats 30 million gallons of wastewater each day from County residences and businesses. The Plant’s mission is to safely and economically process wastewater and hazardous waste materials and to protect our environment, especially Four Mile Run, the Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay. Join a naturalist and Phil Loar, Waste Water Management Specialist, for a tour of the WPCP in Arlington. Meet at WPCP, 3402 S. Glebe Rd., Arlington, VA 22201.
