Stroller Strides is the BEST Mommy and Me, stroller workout on Long Island!
Come join us for a FREE class and see what Long Island Stroller Strides is all about!
Stroller Strides is a fitness class for moms with their children. Each class consists of a one-hour workout complete with walking intervals, body toning and strengthening components using the stroller, exercise tubing, and the environment.
Beyond offering moms a chance to get in shape, we offer support through our playgroups, discussion groups, Moms Night Out Events and social activities.
Stroller Strides is also an amazing program for the children in so many ways. Our Certified instructors weave letters, numbers, nursery rhyme songs and visual props into the body of the class to keep the kids entertained. Not only do the children have the opportunity to interact with other babies and toddlers before, during and after class, Stroller Strides also provides a healthy role model for kids to experience fitness from a very early age.
Membership to Stroller Strides is NOT required to participate in our Luna Moms Club.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
