The 'Red Hot' workout is for women who are SERIOUS about getting in shape!
The class is led by dancer/professional trainer 'Red Hot' Teya, a 'high-voltage', highly motivational instructor with years of experience in dance and personal training, as well as the originator of the 'strippercise' craze.
Light weights are combined with simple but effective core (ab) movements; martial arts-inspired balance techniques; Pilates and aerobic exercises to create a workout that will tone and strengthen the entire body - Oh! And don't forget your high heels! (At least two inches in height.) The heels help tone your thighs and butt, there is no tricky choreography involved. The results are 'booty'-ful!
'Red Hot' classes are held every Monday at 6:30 PM at Floored on 3190 S. Grand
Class price is only $20/month (drop-ins pay $6.00.)

Please bring a THICK towel...I really mean it gals - THICK towel, no thin little sunbathing towel - and your high heels (at LEAST two-inch!)
The heels are necessary for certain moves and actually make it easier for you - you need not have to dance in them! (The heels also give your thighs and legs a great workout!)
Comfortable workout gear is essential - you'll be very sweaty!
