What is your current health/fitness level

Awesome!! lol! I'm staying as fit as possible so I can enjoy all that life has to offer as long as I can!

What are your health and fitness goals?

My goals are to live a healthy active lifestyle, surround myself w/ like minded people and help them with their goals as well!

What are your current ways of getting/staying fit?

Too many to mention ;-) I swim, cycle, play tennis, basketball, hike, go to the gym, surf (not very well), snowboard, do Yoga, outdoor fitness classes, jump on trampolines, like doing beach workouts and workouts in the park. If you have any other ideas, let me know :-)


Intro..... Well I'll begin by saying I'm a lover of life! I believe you have to live life to it's fullest to really enjoy it. Be positive, happy, always smile, and do things you've never done before.
