On Monday and Wednesday nights, join trainer Jerson Rodriguez for HardBody, a class for building strength while developing lean muscles. His classes are dynamic, effective, and fun. You'll do a combination of calisthenics, circuit training, resistance training, running (sprints), and cool down through a series of stretches.
