We are a very supportive group of African American women who work together as support partners and teammates to help everyone stay on course with their fitness and weight loss goals. We use the assistance of expert fitness gurus and healthy living consultants to guide us and keep us up to date on the latest fitness programs and nutritional supplementations to make our journey to healthy living more successful. We are looking other black women who are serious about getting out of the statistics circle, which reports that over 75% of African American women are Over Weight or Obese. We have formed this group to step up and say that we will no longer sit by passively and continue to allow these statistics to define us. I busted my resolution 3 years ago when I lost 50 lbs and have kept if off for 3 years. It was the best thing I have ever done and I have helped over a thousand people do the same thing in the last 3 years. What I realized is that I did not do it alone. I worked with support time of friends and family and there lies my reason for success. It works and you can even win money while you are working toward your fitness success. Join our club today!
