Fitness Training With Martial Arts

A free martial arts class is being offered to members and friends of the Boston Sports Association. No prior experience is necessary.

Start getting back in shape and learn practical self-defense skills. Upper body and lower body strength and flexibility will be developed.

Learn Ai Ki Do (Aikido), Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan), Tae Kwon Do (Taekwondo), Kung Fu (Gung Fu), Bagwa Chung (Bagua Zhang or Pa Kua Chang), Judo (Jujitsu or Udo), and traditional martial arts weapons training! Learn multiple styles to gain their different benefits and be prepared for any situation! Dozens of forms and movements are available to make your body stronger, more flexible and have better circulation and health! Hundreds of self-defense techniques are available to defend yourself against one or more opponents!
