This is a meetup for local fitness buffs - get out of the gym and come work out with me!
We will do various exercises on the hill and in the field and I promise you'll feel some muscles you haven't felt before. Andrew Eaton will lead the group in an intense workout (but of course, feel free to slow down and go at your own pace). We'll do a complete full-body workout and you'll learn the type of training that burns fat the fastest.
We will be there for about 45 minutes. Please bring water.
