“ Marylauren--Does a great job leading us and works us hard! She's also always smiling, positive and very accomodating! Joan--the instuctor does a great job at getting and keeping us in good shape. It's very nice to have more than one common interest with other moms and it's great for the kids to get to play with one another and learn social skills while we socialize as well through exercise. Bc there are tons of activities including mom's night out, and regular challenges for fitness, occasional weekend trips, etc. ”

The kids LOVE it and it is an awesome workout. This is certainly not a walk in the park with your stroller. Plus we are setting great examples for our kids by showing them the importance of exercise. The best part is that the workout flies by because it's so much fun to hang out with the other moms and kids. All of the other moms are so supportive and encouraging of each other. I don't know what I would do without this group :) ”
