Stroller Strength Beach Class

The weather is heating up and so are our workouts!  Come on out and squeeze in some heart-pumping sweat sessions before summer begins.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat, dumb bells (5 or 8lb), and lots of water.  Also, don't forget the sunscreen for you and your babies!
