SS Mandarin

Calling all Mandarin Mamas!  Let's get this workout going a little earlier to help beat the heat this summer.  Make sure to bring your yoga mat, weights (5 or 8lb), lots of water and your sweet kiddos.  It's guaranteed to be a workout you won't regret!

    I've never attended a class can someone give me an idea of how it goes? My son is 7 months old.

      Hi Ashley! We do about an hour combination of strength training and cardio. Some of the younger babies don't mind staying in the strollers while the older kids are happy playing with kids around mommy. Some of our non walker babies hang out on a blanket and watch. Let me know if you have any questions! We would love to have you join us for a great work out!

    It's a bootcamp style class. He can stay in the stroller or you can bring a blanket for him to lay/sit on. Anytime he needs you, feel free to take care of him and then hop back into the workout. Your first class is free so come and see how it goes!
