Calling all Mandarin Mamas! Let's get this workout going a little earlier to help beat the heat this summer. Make sure to bring your yoga mat, weights (5 or 8lb), lots of water and your sweet kiddos. It's guaranteed to be a workout you won't regret!
Stroller Strength is a class designed for moms who want to get a great workout while spending quality time with our kid(s). Led by fitness professional, Mary Lauren Eubank, the class is challenging for the beginning exerciser as well as for the fit mom! Come get stronger, faster, leaner, and more toned all while making new friends and having fun! Bring a water bottle and towel. If you own dumbbells and a yoga mat, bring those too.
We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at South Beach Park and Tuesdays and Fridays at Ed Austin PAL Park.
