Led by fitness professional, Mary Lauren Eubank, the class is challenging for the beginning exerciser as well as for the fit mom! Come get stronger, faster, leaner, and more toned all while making new friends and having fun! Bring a water bottle and towel. If you own dumbbells and a yoga mat, bring those too.
