We will be cross training for the next 3 months for the events we will participate in as a group.
These training sessions will be conducted on Sunday Mornings and they are FREE & OPEN to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!

We will be riding our bikes the 1st phase of training, so if you don't have a bike borrow or get one, you can go to Lee's Bike Shop in Hollywood- 1101 Fed Hwy and tell them you are part of the group and receive your discount and get riding..

If you want to move your training to the next level then come on out and join us. if you would like to get your family more involved in fitness then come on out and join us when you can. Everyone trains at their own level but the group has a way to inspire everyone to become better.

We are not pro competitors, or top rated athletes, and if you are an advanced athlete this training will not benefit you.

We are ordinary people some that live the athletic lifestyle, some moving toward the athletic lifestyle, and some just learning and beginning the athletic lifestyle!

Our group is very welcoming and friendly and we also have our social outings during our training.

    Yes, bring your bike we will start all training on the bikes for the 1st phase of training, then jog/run on the beach...

    •  Ali and everyone were very nice to Brenda and I, who are new to his groups. It was a bit hard, but the challenge was great. I had to stop and Ali was right there asking me if i was okay. Which made me feel great. He remembered my name, ehich honestly most trainers or people have to ask me a few times to finally remember. 
    •  It was fun to train with others motivating you...can't wait to do it again! 
    •  I thought it was great! I have not worked out like that in years. It was exciting to meet new faces and share and enjoy the workout.
