Meet other local Fitness Buffs to trade fitness tips and stay motivated! Perhaps even find a Fitness Buddy or FB for short.
The great thing about an FB is that they will be there when you get that sudden urge to exercise and when you are done releasing that pent up energy you can go back to your normal daily life.
The only commitment is that you meet up to exercise at least a few times per month and share some of your fitness experiences and knowledge. Keep in mind that realistically speaking you should be exercising several times a week but I don't expect you to "meetup" that often.
It's all about being a motivating factor in each others' lives.
