I get out every night and either do some kind of physical activity (usually non-stop dancing) or go to a business/software related user group meeting (interesting to me ... probably boring to you.) Gave away my TV 8 years ago and still happy I did.
Ballroom dancing at least 4 times a week. A one minute anaerobic workout 1 to 3 times each day ... for example: one set off 70 pushups, one set of dumbell curls, one set of bench presses. Juggling, handstands, gymnastics, bowling, badminton. An occaisional hike.
