OBSTACLE RACE TRAINING SESSION - LEARN FROM SOME TOUGH MUDDERS

After an amazing weekend of obstacle racing at The Stampede, we're getting calls for another Fitt Club obstacle race training session. So here it is...

SUNDAY 12 MAY (Mudders Day) @ 8.30AM

VENUE: The city side of Dumas House, corner Malcolm St and Harvest Tce, West Perth. Between Kings Park and Parliament House. See Map.

PLEASE RSVP TO MICHAEL AT [masked]
AS WE NEED NUMBERS FOR CATERING.

After completing Tough Mudder in Sydney, The Rampage last weekend and spending a few days this past week helping set up The Stampede (and running it twice), our Fitt Club coaches are stretched, warmed up and ready with some training tips, ideas and a fun mini obstacle course / circuit to run around.

This session will be for smaller teams OR individuals to go at their own pace. Some might want to go hard and fast, while others just cruise for fun and fitness. We'll always make the course interesting and use any local obstacles we can find.

So if you’re new to obstacle racing, an experienced warrior or just want something fun to do on Sunday, come down and join us.

Cost: $5 includes a delicious smoothie perfect for post exercise recovery

Bring: clothes that can get dirty (not your best gym gear), water, towel, jacket - it might be a little cool.

I use to have food allergies, but it seems that the shakes (cellular nutrition) sorted them all out. Let me know if you want a chat about them.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
