One of our members, Jenny, was looking for a tutor and posted a message to the board, but asked if I could forward the message since meetup boards aren't heavily used. I messed up and closed the message last time I meant to respond so I am a few days slow on this. I assume she is still looking although if not I apologize. Hopefully someone can help out.
Hi My name is Jenny Ryan. I'm a student at Westwood College Online. This is my 3rd attempt at this class. I still don't really understand it. I JUST WANT TO PASS so I was hoping to find someone who would be willing to meet with me in either Tacoma, Lakewood, Dupont... somewhere closer to this end of town and help me go step by step through my assignments. I've got a 3.0 average so I'm not dumb I'm just NOT getting this class.
I can pay $10/hr tops. It's not much I know but it's what I got. I do expect to have to meet with somone a few times for like 5 hours each time though...
This class ends July 25th. My husband returns from Afghanistan around the 13th so this following week would be great for our first session then after the 13th a few times as well...
[masked] is my cell [address removed] is my email addy. I live on Fort Lewis and I have to get a sitter for my 2 kids so I really want to stay down in the Tacoma area somewhere if possible. THANKS!
The vision of the Adobe Flash Eastside Meetup Group is to: * Concentrate on the needs of the attendees. * Focus on Flash (although, if there is sufficient interest and knowledge, this may expand to FLEX and AIR, etc.) Depending on attendee usage, there may be Design and Programming tracks. * Share projects, including showing, discussing how it was created and the problems (and solutions) encountered. * Address problems attendees are encountering. * Provide presentations on subjects selected by attendees.
