    •  It was great for me... a bunch of my friends were there for the music event, but for the flat mate group... not such a great turn out. The few who did come by seemed to have a good time. I believe there was a connection made between 2 of them. No more dual events...
    •  Thank you Trish for putting this together and bringing refreshments and a table. I was able to meet some very nice people, make friends, share our struggle to find a good place in sf, and enjoy a live music show that was playing right next to our table.
    •  I left work as soon as I could and arrived at the Panhandle around 5:30. When I got there, all that was happening was a band playing music while people watched. I looked all over for Meetup nametags and people who looked like they were there to find roommates/housing, but none of that could be found. After a while of unsuccessfully trying to figure out whether anyone was actually meeting up to network for housing, I decided to call it quits. I left around 6:00. I was pretty disappointed that I couldn't find any sign of a flatmate meetup. I had gone to one last October and found it somewhat helpful. Today was a waste of my time. Maybe I left too early, but the meetup was supposed to start at 5. Maybe I missed it because I got there at 5:30. I was really looking forward to meeting up with other people today to talk about housing and that didn't happen.
