Are you a "needer" (you need to find a place) or a "haver" (you have a place you need to fill)?

I NEED to move out of my current apartment by the end of October. My friend Kate and I want to find some place to live that is less than $800 per person per month.

Anything else crucial to your roommate search (pets, allergies, 420 friendly)?

Vegetarian or Vegetarian-friendly, environmentally conscious, preferably no drugs & a nonsmoker. 420 ok every now and then, but not on a routine basis. I don't have any pets, but am ok with well-mannered and not yappy.

When do you need a new place / roommate?

by November 1, 2007.

What neighborhood, or area are you living in, or hoping to live in?

Lower Haight, Cole Valley, Haight-Ashbury, Duboce Triangle, Hayes Valley, somewhere in the center of the city.

I'm 22, and my friend & I would like to find a 3rd person to live with. I've lived in SF for 4 years. I've been a vegetarian since I was born and would like to find another veg-friendly & environmentally conscious roommate. People say I'm comedic.
