Are you a "needer" (you need to find a place) or a "haver" (you have a place you need to fill)?

As of August 2012, I am actually back on the market and looking for a new place. I am hoping to find a place in the $600 range, if at all possible. I can afford more, but would like to try and save some money.

Anything else crucial to your roommate search (pets, allergies, 420 friendly)?

Remember, at the meetups, donations are gladly accepted... the name tags and disappearing pens do cost. I like beer !! Also, please be sure to post your success stories... thanks

When do you need a new place / roommate?

I am not in a hurry, just looking for the right fit at the best price. Send me your idea's on when and where to host the next meetup.

What neighborhood, or area are you living in, or hoping to live in?

I am looking at Glen Park, Bernal, Mission, Noe... preferably on the south side of the city but with in walking distance to bart.

Introduction

Hi house hunters, I know finding a place or house mate is time consuming and often frustrating. Flatmate meetup helps make the search just a little more fun. So take a break from that computer, come on out and have a drink and possibly meet the one.
