Introduction

I am looking to get an apartment in the Mission, need a roommate or two. I'm into all kinds of things (ie.recently loved trying surfing) but work hard, many hours few days from home. My apt is my sanctuary, not a party house, contact me if you agree.

Are you a "needer" (you need to find a place) or a "haver" (you have a place you need to fill)?

I need a roommate or two to rent a place with. I can also rent in a new apt. Building a sense of community with people my age (25-35) sounds like another good way to take in a new city. Personally I'm moving out of my apartment to save for a house.

Anything else crucial to your roommate search (pets, allergies, 420 friendly)?

Professional, quiet, friendly, hardworking, funloving,warm and mature. Ideal roommate would be an honest, considerate, progressive person with a positive, mature communication style. Absolutely no drugs of any kind or smoking. I have no pets myself!

When do you need a new place / roommate?

End of February, can do early February or will wait it out for a considerate roommate that meshes with me. I'm into hiking, healthy food (cooking from scratch), roadtrips, arts&nightlife, independent movies, open to diversity in home too.

What neighborhood, or area are you living in, or hoping to live in?

Walkable distance to the Mission including safe residential areas in or around the Mission firstly, Duboce Park, Noe Valley. Safety is a must since I sometimes get home from work late. Parking spot, dishwasher and internet a must as well.
