Anyone want to join forces to apply for a place near Downtown?

Hi there!

So I recently saw this great 3 bed / 1.5 bath flat about 3 blocks south of the Van Ness / Market Muni Metro station in downtown which would be the perfect place for 3-4 people to share. Only problem is, I'm looking for apartments on my own, and the landlord wants a complete application soon (like within the next week). Rent would run around $700-750 per person for three people. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
