$1000 two female professionals seek fun 3rd roommate (mission/noe/hayes)

We are looking for a 3 bedroom place in the Mission/Noe/Hayes area with an ideal move-in date of Sept.1 (as early as late August if we find a good place)
And we would like to find a third roommate to apartment search with.
Both of us work full-time in the South Bay area, but love SF enough to be willing to commute. We need to live close to public transportation (BART, Caltrain).

LOOKING FOR:
Fun, young, mature professional or grad student who can pay the rent easily, but is still open to hanging out here and there on the weekends and becoming friends with her roommates. We want to have a very open and communal kind of apartment feel. Both of us are fairly neat and are looking forward to having a nicely decorated, fairly clean place. Non-smoker please.

ABOUT US:
SARAH - I'm a 23 year old female professional working in downtown San Jose. I am pretty laid back, but I am definitely an advocate for a chore schedule in our apartment. I am working on developing some cool hobbies (rock climbing, guitar, etc.) but until then I enjoy cooking (I'm a foodie), hiking/camping, watching TV, catching a good concert or two and just generally exploring the Bay Area.

SYDNEY - I'm a 24 year old female professional working in Menlo Park. I love to travel, explore new restaurants/bars, go to concerts, or just relax and hang out with friends. I'm also a fan of the outdoors, enjoy snowboarding, swimming, and hiking. Inside the apt, I'm pretty clean but not excessive. Non-smoker + pet lover. It'd be cool to live with someone I can have great conversations with over wine/beer/food :)
