Please join Becky Eades, a gifted Meditation Teacher, Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Yoga Instructor, for this enlightening meditation class to Cultivate Inner Balance!
This 90-minute guided meditation class includes visualizations, breath work, intention setting, yoga nidra, and other techniques to help you cultivate a state of inner balance and peace in your life. This class is open to anyone interested in developing or honing take-home skills that support your own state of well-being!
We will be seated in chairs or seated/lying on the floor for this mediation. There are a limited number of chairs and cushions for your use, but please feel free bring your own yoga mat, cushion, or blanket to make yourself more comfortable.
