I tried to organize a few Meetups during Rob's AngularJS-Tamps's hiatus and I was kicked out by Kris. Hope I didn't offend, I recently found Angular and in wanting to continue, I did not realize that some people who are not as community minded as I might misconstrue my actions as usurping (though I clearly said the purpose was to regroup with kris when he was ready).

Anyways, no hard feelings. If you guys want to use the angularjs-tampa.org domain let me know and I can point it to your name server. I tried to tell Kris this as well, but I think he has blocked me.

That being said, I have tough skin, but kicking people out of a group for trying to further organize during a planned 2 month break is a practice that is clearly about consolidating control and does not care about the community whatsoever.

    Just sayin.

Also, I know I have posted this around a lot today. I am officially done.

    Cheers.

    Anthony

I tried to contact you first. And I did not spam anyone. I sent personal messages to people who I thought were at the Angular group to ask if they wanted to continue to organize during the planned hiatus.

Also I did not have any issues with the Angular group. I just did not want to be idle for two months. Cheers and good luck.
