- Indulge Your Senses at Fruit & Spice Park followed by Lunch at Couley SquareFruit & Spice Park, Homestead, FL
Join us at Fruit & Spice Park which is the only tropical botanical garden of its kind in the United States. The Park’s tropical climate can be found nowhere else in the continental U.S. and hosts over 500 varieties of fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, nuts and other commercially important plant specimens from around the world. The Park showcases 150 varieties of mango, 75 varieties of bananas, 70 bamboo varieties, and numerous other exotic edibles. Visitors are invited to sample fruits at our tasting counter inside our Park Store or enjoy fallen fruit you find along the trail.
Let’s meet at 10:45 am to register and then hop on the 11 am narrated tram tour with one of the expert guides to be entertained, educated and inspired as we explore the varieties of fruits, nuts, spices, vegetables and aromatics that the park has to offer. Rides are first come first serve for the tram. If the tram is full, we will do a self-guided tour which we have done in the past also.
