biointensive gardening techniques. This class will cover seed starting,
transplanting, and garden design for biointensive planting. You will

Tia Meer grew up on a 13-acre organic farm in Pittsburgh, PA and has had a lifelong passion for growing food organically and lessening our impact on Mother Earth. Tia has studied Permaculture in Costa Rica, Bio-dynamic gardening on the Big Island of Hawaii, and GROW BIOINTENSIVE gardening with John Jeavons in Willits, CA. Tia practices Permaculture on her 5-acre farm, is President of Simple Living Institute and owns an organic gardening consulting business called Homegrown Delights, is a certified arborist, and community garden coordinator for Get Active Orlando.
