Third Annual DFWCoR Spring Picnic

(For those of you that are new to Cedar Hill, there's a $5 per person entrance fee, so bring some cash along!)
It's time to celebrate warm weather and fun times with fellow atheists, skeptics, freethinkers, and humanists!
Show Your Diversity: Bring a potluck dish (or dishes) to share with others that highlight an ethnic or cultural food from your family or background, or from a culture that you find fascinating!
Also, bring your favorite outdoor games to play!
SPECIAL FUNDRAISER: Please donate baked goods (preferably homemade) to our second annual bake sale. We'll also be running a "Soul Auction," where picnic attendees can bid on the souls of their favorite local freethinkers!
All proceeds collected from the sale and auction will go towards the DFWCoR advertising fund.
FYI: the location has a barbecue and electricity, but pets are not allowed in the group picnic pavilion.

all in all it was a nice event. the food was fantastic. it was our first event and we did not bring any cash so the fact that you had to pay to play games sucked, it would have been a great way to break the ice for me with others since i am pretty shy.

It looks like the park is along E Belt Line Rd, which is an exit off of southbound Hwy 67. Googlemaps brings it right up.
