Raised a Christian, "escaped" from a cult, deconverted (years later) and now identify as atheist, at least for all practical purposes. I'm a husband and wellspouse, father of a daughter and son, an electrical engineer, and small business owner.
Ah, I don't have the say "the Bible" any more. :-) But I don't know, really. I love to read; it's how I go on micro-vacations.
Tex-Mex, Oriental (Chinese, Japanese, even Vietnamese), burgers. And chocolate.
I have one near-sighted eye, and one far-sighted.
Reading, wood working.
From my wife, who discovered the group through web search years ago when we were still living in East Texas.
"This is my company's website. Please let me know if there is some way I can help FoFD."
I'm so glad this group exists. I look forward to Gathering each month.

Hi there, I hope your son survived his stapling accident! He was upset at first, but calmed down relatively quickly. We used a Kleenex to stop the bleeding and put a bandaid on it. I'm sure it will be a little sore for a couple of days though, ouch! I hope both kids enjoyed learning about optical illusions. He seemed to enjoy it more than his sister, even with the accident! Take care,
Elaine
