The members of our group, Jimmy, are very friendly and accepting. Newcomers are welcomed and introduced by almost everyone, except maybe other newcomers. I'm always there on Wednesdays, introduce yourself to me and I'll make sure you you have more new friends than you thought you could make in one evening. Sorry was out of town. I've never lived in CA but have family and friends in SoCal and NoCal so i've been there often. Def agree the Pacific is way too cold and FL is better for surfing... I was referring to the canyon twisties and surf being couples miles apart... My cousin was big surfer in CA but loves Smyrna Beach, FL and surrounding inlets... would love visit there one day. We've been wanting to take the kids to FL soon.

that's awesome dude!!! I've only surfed 3 times in my life and got hooked! If you lived in CA, surf in morning and then hit the canyons on bike afterwards... all within minutes of each other (Malibu)... If you live in Dallas, have to drive 5 hrs to hill country and fly to a real beach to surf... now you know why it cost so much to live in CA :))

You probably got confused with this weekend's ride up North... If you can make it, it will be around $80 for both nights... cheaper than hotel to stay at a sweet crib. We may have room on the trailer for your bike if you need transport.
