Brick Training: Stage 1 Bike 25-30 miles, Stage 2 Running 3-6 miles. Should be able to finish by 1030 at the latest. I am going to stretching class held at Folsom Bikram Yoga from 11-1pm. You are more than welcome to attend even if you have never tried yoga.
Stage 1: Plan is to leave Folsom Bike by 7am, ride to Sunrise, route will go along North side of Lake Natoma, on our way back we will stay on the south side.
Stage 2: Start out from FB and hit bike trail 3-6 out and back run, whatever works for you! Questions? Biking, Running, Swimming, Yoga don't hesitate to txt or call and ask!
