Why are you interested in the intersection of food and tech?

I am very interested in the intersection of Food + Tech from the point of view of what we can do to improve our food system and how we can work better with the resources that we have to put healthier meals on our tables.

What are you working on?

My career as a chef.

Introduction

I'm a freelance events and catering chef and part-time kitchen manager. I also created the website The Experimental Gourmand, which is about getting out and enjoying the food scene in NYC.
