Why are you interested in the intersection of food and tech?

The definition of a cooking recipe hasn't really changed in thousands of years. Generally speaking, a recipe is a list of ingredients and an open-form set of instructions. This largely unstructured definition is what's holding back the food industry from making massive improvements in automation and usability. There is a much better way and it's really, really interesting!
