Japanese Tapas - Seven small plates ranging from seared rare beef to warm and delicate tofu drizzled with sweet miso
Sashimi (3 types of sliced raw fish)
Nigiri (3 types of sliced raw fish pressed on seasoned rice)
Maki (2 types of raw fish, seasoned rice, rolled in nori seaweed)
REAL fresh ground Wasabi.
A contemporary Japanese desert

Optional (+$10)
The finest in Japanese sake (cold and warm).
Ice Cold Japanese Beer

What Is Not Included?
The wait staff serves water and green tea during your experience. Two carafes of Sake and a Japanese Beer are available for purchase as an Extra with your tickets for an additional $10. Additional beverages can be purchased from the wait staff and are not included in the price of the ticket.
