Cheap authentic ethnic food.

That is always changing. My current fave is Moles La Tia in East L.A.
What is one restaurant that you've been wanting to try?
I have a file bursting at the seams with Jonathan Gold (and others') clippings of places I want to try. Still haven't been to Din Tai Fung for dumplings...
