Hi Folks, our tasting will be very traditional so water, crackers the items being evaluated. I will have a cookie as a thank you treat. If folks want to hang around after, bring a beverage of choice and, if you want, a small snacky item (the samples will be pretty filling so this is not a necessary thing). Let me know how that sounds to everyone.
Chef Bob is designing some menu items for a new sandwich restaurant, and he'd like to test some recipes on some willing guinea pigs. You must like grilled cheese, cream of tomato soup, and pork sandwiches. Ingredients may include kimchee, anchovies, Brie, emmenthaler, capers, and others -- Bob needs feedback on his creations so please don't sign up if you're a fussy eater!
