For PayPal or credit card payments for our events:

After you pay online:

- If you receive a Payment Confirmation email (from PayPal): your payment went through, you are confirmed and you will be in the list, see you there!. You don´t need to bring a printed receipt, but if you still want to bring one just in case, it might help. No need to.

Extra confirmations are neither needed nor will be provided, sorry! - Simply log on to your Paypal account and take a look at your transaction history. Also, check your emails.

- If you don´t receive a Payment Confirmation email after you paid: your payment either did not go through or the email got lost. Please log into your PayPal account to check if there is a record of your payment which means it went through. NOTE: ANY PAYMENT/S YOU MADE WILL TAKE ABOUT 10-20 MIN TO SHOW UP IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TRANSACTION SUMMARY. If there is no record: it didn´t go through. Please try again.

- If you paid with a credit card without logging into PayPal, you will still receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal (credit card payments are processed by PayPal). This confirms your payment went through and you will be in the list at event.

If you attend thinking you are listed and you are not, something very rarely happens, you will be asked to pay again. Then you will be fully refunded if you forward us the payment confirmation email you received or the transaction # from the PayPal or Amazon payment transaction. We absolutely guarantee you will never be charged twice for a same spot.

THE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you receive it, perfect. You don´t need to bring a print out. If you don´t receive it: one hour after you paid, log into your PayPal (or Amazon account), check your transaction history/summary. Payment transaction not there? your payment did not go through, and you will be required to pay at event at door price.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR EVENT CHANGES IN PAID EVENTS
Event change notifications are only sent to members who RSVPed "YES" or "MAYBE".
Event cancellation notifications are only sent to members who RSVPed "YES" or "MAYBE" or "NO".

PAYING WILL NOT MAKE YOU GET LISTED AS YES OR CHANGE ANYTHING IN YOUR RSVP - PayPal payments are NOT linked in any way to your RSVP situation - Meetup RSVP lists and PayPal are NOT linked

Please be aware that if you don´t bother to RSVP for an event you plan to attend, you might NOT be notified of any changes or cancellations.
