I am interested in this but it's not clear to me what the 9 am meeting is about, since something I read said the films will be shown in the evenings. Can someone tell me any more about the 9 am meeting?

Dear Karen,If you look at the schedule on the symposium's website, you will find that the very first screening will be on Monday at 9am. There will be film screenings at 9am and 2pm on Pitt's campus, in David Lawrence 106 (open to the public, free of charge). The evening screenings will be at the Pittsburgh Filmmakers' Melwood Screening Room ($8 general admission, $7 students, $4 Pitt, CMU, Art Institute students). All screenings will have a pre-screening introduction and a post-screening discussion.
