Hello F1 Fans,
After an eventful Malaysian GP up next is the Chinese GP. Last years Chinese GP was an historic one that saw the Silver Arrows team winning their first race since there re-entry into F1 and also the first race win in F1 for Nico Rosberg.
The standings after the Malaysian Grand Prix we have Sebastian Vettel at the top of the drivers with 40 championship points with Kimi Räikkönen in second with 31 points and Mark Webber in third with 26 points. While all eyes will be on RedBull garages after the fallout at the Malaysian GP, other things to watch out are whether Mercedes can repeat their last years magic and whether Alonso & Kimi can bounce back after the last race and challenge Vettel for the win.
With teams still trying to figure out the latest Pirelli's compounds, tires are set to play crucial role at Chinese GP. Pirelli has nominated Medium & Soft compounds for this race. This will be the first race of the season where Pirelli's soft tires will be used. Watch out for how teams cope with degradation of Soft compounds.
The Chinese Grand Prix will start at 3:00AM EST with the pre-race starting at 2:30AM EST. We know this is a struggle to make but remember this is the last of the late night race till the Korean GP in October. It's going to be another exciting weekend of racing, if you're in the New York City area and are looking for some Formula 1 action with other F1 fanatics be sure to join us for the Chinese Grand Prix. We hope to see you all!
