Hello F1 Fans,
Here we go again - the glitz and glamour of the Monaco Grand Prix. This is the second stop of the European tour. Most of this race is surrounded by movie stars, fashion models and, of course, fashion shows. Let's see what the teams have in store for us this time. Will Ferrari continue their stride with another win? Could Kimi possible land higher on the podium?
The standings after the Spanish Grand Prix are Sebastian Vettel continuing his lead with 89 championship points, Kimi Räikkönen in a tight 2nd place with 85 points and now Fernando Alonso in 3rd with 72 points.
Pirelli will be bringing soft and supersoft compounds this weekend. The real question is seeing how well they hold up. But remember this race weekend will all depend on the qualifying position - so teams will be pushing themselves hard for that top spot.
The Moncao Grand Prix will start at 8:00AM EST with the pre-race starting at 7:30AM EST. Let's see how it all goes down. If you're in the New York City area and are looking for some Formula 1 action be sure to join us. We hope to see you all!
