Hwy Micki: Those blue eyes must have gotten u in lot of trouble!
Hi Micki.....Thank you for accepting me as a full fledged member of our Writers Group....It was wonderful meeting and sharing our stories....I enjoyed your story so much....true life stories are always so interesting and hope that story ends on a happy note before too long....see you on the 29th....
The only reason I have not already RSVP'd for next meeting is because I need to make sure that I have the time (which I probably will). I had a great time during the Writers Group Get-Together and I look forward to the next one. Thank you so much for providing a place to hear great stories and make good friends.
Micki, just my opinion, but I recall when made in China was a joke! I believe our only hope is to tighten our belts, close our borders for a time, get a handle on Illegal immigration, deport those here, rebuild our thoughts about energy - and once again begin making our own national products. Otherwise the entire country will fall into the Mad Max syndrome. America has become fat and lazy. Here is a simpe slogan: Buy American, the job you save will be your own. George E. Hello Micki, I am an admirier of Lee Iaccoca, who brought Chrysler back from the brink with their mini-van. I lived in Groose Pointe and was friends with a few of these auto giants at the time when Detroit began to slide into the abyss. Once a cultral center and garden city
, I doubt Detroit will ever come back to its former glory. George
Micki, I didn't know you were from Detroit, I worked for the Detroit library as a restoration bookbinder for fifteen years. 1979-1994. George E. Buttner
Thanks for welcome Micki.
