Bootcamp class!

My Job: Motivate you, challenge you, and help you achieve your fitness goals.  Your job: Work hard, stay consistent, and you will and see and get the results. Shape Up Boot Camp is a conditioning class that is cardio tough and muscle strong.  You will improve your strength, power, agility and balance training with fast paced agility and cardio drills.  You will focus on building core strength, abdominal training, and will incorporate various toning and sculpting exercises for the upper and lower body. “Shape Up!” Boot Camp is for every fitness level. Please bring a set of 5 or 8 pound dumbbells and mat.
