Sunita's "Shape Up!" Boot Camp is a no fluff, no frills conditioning camp that is cardio tough and muscle strong. You will improve your strength, power, agility, and balance training with fast paces cardio drills and obstacle course. You will focus on building core strength, abdominal strength, and incorporate various toning and sculpting exercises for upper and lower body.
